Tenderfoot Scout Rank
The Tenderfood Scout Rank aims to prepare young Boy Scouts on their exciting journey towards responsible citizenship. It is the first scout rank under the Boy Scout Section that helps raise awareness and basic knowledge about Safety, Citizenship and Filipino Heritage through active participation in Community Service projects including the WSEP Aim No. 1.

Explain the meaning of the following: Scout Oath and LAw, Scout Motto, Boy Scout Slogan, Scout Sign, Scout Salute, Scout Handshake, and the Scout Badge.

Attend regular religious services with the members of your family.

Explain the symbolisms of our Philippine Flag.

Identify and explain the meaning of the different road safety regulations and traffic signs.

Identify and explain the different Leadership positions for Boys within your Patrol and for the Adults within your Troop.

Demonstrate and explain to a fellow Scout or a friend the appropriate conduct and table manners during meal time.

Together with your Patrol or Troop, coordinate and adopt a small space in your school or community for an ideal Plant Propagation and Seedlings Nursery.

Together with your Patrol members, plan, organize and conduct "Scout's Good Turn" habit through a School or Community Service Project for at least eight (8) hours and have it uploaded in your scout.org profile and earn your Messengers of Peace (MoP) Ring Badge for your Type A Scout Uniform. These service projects may either be related to Environment, Development and Peace.

WSEP Aim 1: Explore and Reflect: People and Natural Systems have clean water and clean air. Explore the sources of clean water and clean air in your local environment. Identify the different threats to clean water and clean air in the local and global environment and be able to suggest solutions to these identified threats.

- Must have successfully passed the Board of Review for Tenderfoot Scout Rank.
